your personal and business needs.

A graduate of Duquesne University and the Duquesne University Law School, Bill Caye has extensive experience in private practice. He has worked tirelessly to protect Allegheny County individuals and their families, handling thousands of cases over the course of his career. A successful advocate for children, seniors and working-class families, Bill is always fighting for their interests. In addition, he has taught, lectured and trained other professionals on various legal topics.

The ABA’s Preamble to the Model Rules of Professional Conduct reads, in part, “A lawyer should strive to attain the highest level of skill, to improve the law and the legal profession and to exemplify the legal profession’s ideals of public service.” Bill Caye has championed disabled workers, been an advocate for hard working families and a clear voice for his clients to ensure fairness in the judicial process. As a Senior Deputy Attorney General for Pennsylvania, he prosecuted child predators and violent sexual offenders.

Known for his straightforward “cut-to-the-chase” approach, Bill Caye has served as a trusted legal adviser for several judges. Principally, he worked as a judicial law clerk, first for the Hon. Chief U.S. District Court Federal Judge Donald E. Ziegler and, subsequently, he was employed by the Hon. Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas Judge Cynthia A. Baldwin. He gained a true sense of fairness in these roles, helping judges “do the job of judging.”
